The Air Resources Board will hold a public workshop November 7 regarding potential rules addressing Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.

The Committee on Business and Economic Development will hold a public hearing November 9 regarding B. 22-902, which provides that by January 1, 2019, no food service entity shall sell, use or provide a stirrer or straw with food unless they are compostable.

The Board of Pharmacy will accept comments until November 8 regarding proposed amendments to a rule concerning the supervision of pharmacy technicians.

The Robert G.
