The Board of Nursing will accept comments until December 5 regarding proposed rules relating to various practice standards for nurses.

The Del Mar City Council will meet December 3 to consider the adoption of an ordinance on second reading which regulates and prohibits the use of expanded polystyrene and non-recyclable plastic disposable food service ware, and directs the City Attorney to review a draft ordinance to prohibit the use of plastic straws and make non-plastic straws available only upon request.
