Kaspersky Lab North America has been named a gold winner in the “Support Department of the Year” category of the Best in Biz Awards, an annual business awards program judged by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier North American publications. This is the third consecutive year that Kaspersky Lab has been recognized in the Best in Biz Awards.
The support and services department at Kaspersky Lab North America delivers a wide range of premium support, professional services and training offerings to meet every customer’s needs. The team’s dedicated experts are available around-the-clock to provide technical assistance to both consumers and businesses, through phone, chat and online, as well as on-site through Kaspersky Lab’s B2B professional services suite. The company was recently designated for the fourth consecutive year as a Level I and II Certified Support Staff Excellence Center by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the highest levels of certification awarded by TSIA.

Each year, Best in Biz Awards’ entrants span from some of the most recognizable global brands, to the most innovative local start-ups. The eighth annual program garnered close to 700 entries from an array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of geographic regions and industries in the U.S. and Canada. Best in Biz Awards 2018 honors were conferred in 70 different categories, based on scoring from independent judging panels deliberately composed each year of prominent editors and reporters from some of the most respected publications in North America. The 2018 judging panel included, among others, writers from Associated Press, Barron’s, Consumer Affairs, eWeek, Forbes, Inc., New York Post, New York Times, Ottawa Citizen and Wired.
