Four new members to the ICA


We are delighted to welcome four new members to the ICA – Hueck Folien and Luminescence Sun Chemical Security as full members and new associate members the BDGW, and the Secure Cash Transport Association.

Hueck Folien has an outstanding reputation in the industry for its development and production of high security features for banknotes and documents, as well as on film coatings for technical applications.

Luminescence Sun Chemical Security manufactures high quality, custom-made security inks for value documents that are extremely difficult to recreate or replicate either by criminals or competitors. Now part of the Sun Chemical/DIC group of companies, they are a producer of inks used to print billions of documents and products globally each year and offer the very latest in security ink technological development.

The BDGW (Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Geld- und Wertdienste) is the German CIT industry association that represents the interests of its 65 members and extraordinary members vis-à-vis federal and state ministries, authorities, Deutsche Bundesbank, other associations, in particular the German Trade Association (HDE), the umbrella organisation of the credit institutions Deutsche Kreditwirtschaft (DK) and insurance companies. At the European political level, the BDGW is a member of ESTA (European Security Transport Association) and also represents national interests to the European Central Bank and the European Commission.

Finally, the Secure Cash and Transport Association (SCTA) has also joined as an associate member to strengthen the ICA’s presence in the cash management industry and in North America. The SCTA represents the shared interests of professionals and organisations in ATM servicing, cash handling/processing, transportation, and safe keeping of cash and coin throughout North America.
