Cater Care Improves Customer Experience in its 28 Airport Fast Food Concessions with NCR Silver

Ltd, an industry leading contract catering, accommodation and facility management service provider to a range of clients across Australia, improve business operations and customer service across its airport-based fast food concessions with the NCR Silver™ solution.

Cater Care has finalised the acquisition of Spotless Group’s (ASX: SPO) airport concession business, which will see Cater Care become one of the largest airport concession operators in Australia. The acquisition is made up of 31 retail locations within six airports across New South Wales and Queensland.

In late 2017, Cater Care installed the NCR Silver solution, an integrated payment, marketing and management solution that can transform a tablet into a complete point-of-sale (POS) system, capable of sales reporting, employee management, inventory management and more. Since the seven-week rollout, Cater Care has improved customer service, managing orders easily with increased speed and accuracy.

Using the NCR Silver Concierge™ service, Cater Care was able to get its new POS systems up and running very quickly. The service offers industry-leading customer support from a group of trained professionals, simple end-user training, and real-time reporting capabilities to help small and medium-sized businesses make better business decisions.
